QServWeb and QServ Enterprise Manager Users
First introduced in 2002, the QServWeb and QServ Enterprise Manager products have come to the end of their
lifecycle.
As of February 1, 2018 telephone support for these products will no longer be provided. Users of these
products can submit questions on the "Ask a Question" page. The technical support team will attempt to respond to
such questions as time permits.
QServ Enterprise Manager users who need to install a licensed copy of QServ EM on a new computer will need
to obtain an authorization code to complete the installation. An installation authorization code for a licensed copy
of QServ EM can be obtained here.
